Hey! I’m Becky. Certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and the founder of Tummy Warrior diastasis recti coaching program.
I am a mom of 2 little ones. I was diagnosed with a 4.5 fingers gap diastasis recti which made me look like 5 months pregnant all the time, no kidding…
Then, I decided it was time for a change. I started doing diastasis recti exercises + a balanced nutrition plan + cardio modification + belly binder.
5 months later, I brought the gap down from 4.5 fingers to 1 finger, and I also lost 35 lbs, all from doing exercises at home with my baby and toddler around me.
